Everything you need for a successful is located in the Winkfp package. It just needs to be extracted to a folder and placed on your desktop.
Required Hardware:
- Windows 10+ laptop with 4gb+ ram (with administrator privileges).
- Unoccupied USB port (for the USB cable)
- A USB K+Dcan cable compatible with your vehicle.
- The CSL SMG Flasher Package
Step 1: Download and extract the CSL SMG flasher package.


Step 2: Plug in your USB K+Dcan cable into your laptop
Step 3: Set up the coding environment
Right click on STEP_1_Config.bat and select ‘Run as Administrator’ – follow the prompts

If the auto configure process is successful, your cable will have the latency timer set to 1ms, and you will be greeted with the notice as shown above.
Unplug your cable from the laptop, wait 10 seconds, then plug it back in to the same USB port. This ensures the 1s latency setting has taken effect.
Step 4: Connect the head of the cable to your vehicles OBD port
Step 5: Power on your vehicle
Turn on the vehicle to full power but engine off. Turn off your lights, radio, heaters, and any other accessories that may be running.
Step 6: Flash your vehicle
Run STEP_2_Flash.bat and allow the flash to complete (If the flash process ends with an error, change the switch position on the cable head to the opposite position it is currently on, and try again).
Step 7: Disconnect and power off your vehicle
You may now disconnect the cable. Flashing is complete.
Step 8: OPTIONAL: Uninstall the CSL SMG Flasher
Right click on STEP_3_Uninstall.bat and select ‘Run as Administrator’ – follow the prompts
You may also delete the CSL SMG Flasher folder after the process completes. Your computer is back to its original state.
